Fantastic friendly staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The unit we got was well-appointed with microwave, comfy mattress, as for instance.

The hotel was perfectly located to Bendigo main area. The staff was excellant friendly and the pool area was great. I booked a room with a large bed, air conditioner, complimentary wireless internet and a couch.
Some people working there were a little rude.

One of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed for this price budget! Bed was comfy. Also friendly and supportive staff is big plus.
Location. Not walking distance to the central. However if you have car it could not be a problem.

I loved the location of this spot! It's super close to Woolworths and a great pub just across the street. The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds, which made for a cozy stay. Plus, the air conditioning was on point, keeping the heat away during the summer.
I was a bit disappointed with the noise levels. You could hear the traffic and guests outside late at night, which made it hard to sleep. the breakfast was decent but a bit overpriced for what you got. an average stay that could use some improvements!

A Wonderful Business Stay at The Heritage
I recently stayed four nights at the Heritage during a business trip, which was recommended by my director, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean—a breath of fresh air after long days of meetings. I particularly enjoyed the large bathroom that came complete with a window, soft and fluffy towels, as well as high-quality soap and shower gels. The welcome at check-in was lovely, and the staff provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions. A highlight of my stay was the solar-heated swimming pool; it was a good retreat after a busy day of work. Pool towels were provided, and I appreciated the comfortable sunbeds and ample seating arranged around the pool area. With convenient shops nearby and a short walk to the talking tram depot, I found the location to be perfectly suited for my needs.
Noise from a large group.

The hotel was perfectly located right by restaurants, shopping centre and other facilities, and Bendigo. The stuff was approaching and great, kept everything exceptionally clean and brand-new. We stayed in a king room and it was brilliant🙂

My fiancé and I recently enjoyed a lovely long weekend getaway, staying for four nights. The room was spacious, immaculate, and equipped with all the essentials. We appreciated the welcoming service upon check-in, along with helpful local tips from the staff. The pool area was a good retreat, and the nearby shops and dining options were convenient, all while being nestled in a peaceful neighborhood.
I recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, room spacious and quiet.
Rooms a little dated, particularly bathroom, but more than adequate for our purpose.
